Hatha Yoga translates in Sanskrit as ‘to yoke’ or ‘join’ the body, mind, heart and soul. In Kripalu Yoga, we strive to connect and integrate all parts of ourselves to feel whole and in harmony in our mind, body, heart and soul.
This practice is for all levels, beginners and experienced yogis alike. Modifications and variations are suggested to create a personalized practice suited to your body on any given day. Classes are offered online and indoors at the Harwich Community Center. Seasonal beach yoga is held at Red River Beach, Harwich Port, MA. Participants are encouraged to focus on breath, cultivate present moment awareness and develop proper alignment in the poses.
Michele brings enthusiasm, humor, energy, passion and playfulness to each yoga session. She strives to help others realize their full potential through the transformative wisdom and practice of yoga.
