Yoga on Red River Beach Harwich Port, MA

Start your day with an invigorating yoga practice on Red River Beach in Harwich Port. This mindful Kripalu yoga class welcomes beginners and experienced yogis alike. Participants are encouraged to focus on breath, cultivate present moment awareness and develop proper alignment in the poses.


Classes are held on the west end of Red River Beach at 7:30 am beginning June 14 and continuing daily through September 1, 2025. 


Classes are canceled for rain. Rain notifications are posted on Facebook by  7am that morning. Parking is free until 9:30 am.


Pre-registration is not required.


Classes are $20 for a single session or $180 for a 10 session pass.

Children 15 and under free.

Passes expire on September 1, 2025
